Job Summary We are looking for a passionate, highly technical, AI-driven and self-driven Senior Staff Product Owner (PO) to join our R&D department for our Privilege Cloud PSM team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level business requirements and engineering execution. You will own the entire development lifecycle-from product backlog management and functional design to successful production deployments. As a pivotal leader in the R&D ecosystem, you will work closely with Engineering Group Managers , Product Management, Customers, Professional Services, and peer Product Owners to deliver world-class privilege access management (PAM) security solutions. What You Will Do: Backlog & Roadmap Ownership: Own the technical roadmap and product backlog for PSM, prioritizing features, tech debt, and non-functional requirements (NFRs) to support PSM business goals and deliver value to our customers. Functional Design & Discovery: Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead ongoing backlog refinement and grooming sessions. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the primary technical focal point for R&D stakeholders and Product Management. Participate in select customer sessions to validate technical designs and understand real-world deployment challenges firsthand. Project Orchestration: Partner with Team Leaders, Group Managers and other POs to coordinate and drive complex, cross-team projects to on-time delivery AI-Augmented Product Workflows: Leverage modern Generative AI and product automation tools to accelerate backlog refinement, quickly draft robust user stories/acceptance criteria, and efficiently synthesize customer feedback. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the software industry 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager 2+ years of experience working directly with SaaS solutions or cloud-native environments BSc in Computer Science or Engineering Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand on-prem and SaaS architectures, dependencies between different components and complex customer environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—an ability to dive into technical details without losing sight of the big-picture business value AI-Augmented Productivity: Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools as a primary workflow driver to significantly accelerate product documentation, user story slicing, and acceptance criteria generation Structured Prompting Skills: Proven ability to effectively prompt LLMs to break down complex, multi-layered technical requirements into structured, developer-ready tasks without losing the original business context Proven ability to influence without authority and execute large-scale, cross-departmental software projects in an enterprise environment Exceptional communication and presentation skills Proactive and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications (An Advantage): Previous experience working as a PO/PM or Engineer in a Cyber Security product company Proven experience in ADLC (Agent Development Lifecycle) Experience in MS Windows internals and sessions or PAM (Privileged Access Management).
