In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled engineering team developing advanced software for innovative medical technologies. You will design and implement complex software components, algorithms, and high-performance systems in a mission-critical environment. Responsibilities: Design and develop complex software solutions using modern C++ Develop high-performance, multi-threaded applications Build and optimize algorithms and data structures Contribute to software architecture, system design, and technical decision-making Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system-level challenges Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on advanced medical products Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of software development experience, primarily in C++ Strong expertise in Modern C++ (C++11/14/17), STL, and Object-Oriented Design Proven experience developing complex algorithms and high-performance systems Extensive experience with multi-threaded and concurrent software development Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advantages: Experience with C# / .NET Familiarity with Boost libraries Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries Location: North Israel (Hybrid) If you're passionate about building impactful technology and solving complex engineering challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
