Technology Procurement Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to take part in strategic and operational procurement processes within a dynamic enterprise environment, working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and senior management. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end procurement processes for products and services, including receiving quotations, conducting price comparisons, and managing negotiations with a wide range of suppliers Manage procurement requests and purchase orders in compliance with company procedures and policies Take full ownership of procurement committee operations - from collecting and preparing materials, coordinating discussions and meetings, to managing the approval process through final authorization Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, senior management, finance teams, and accounting departments Drive ongoing operational processes in a dynamic, multi-interface environment Support procurement activities across technology, digital, and business operations Qualifications: 3+ years of proven procurement experience Technological / IT procurement background - significant advantage Bachelor’s degree Proven experience managing supplier negotiations to reduce costs and improve payment terms Strong ability to read, analyze, and compare quotations and commercial proposals Experience working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of service orientation Full proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office tools
