About the Role We're seeking a seasoned Product & Project Manager to lead the product creation process and coordinate activities across diverse, high-impact functions. You'll be the bridge between product innovation and operational execution, ensuring our teams can tackle complex challenges while maintaining the high standards of a fast-growing creative studio. This is a challenging, hands-on role where you'll own the project lifecycle — from initial concept and specification to final delivery. You'll work across two primary project types: A-Z (one-off innovation) and Continuous (long-term partnership), and you'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and process excellence. What You'll Do End-to-End Management : Lead projects from vision to deployment. For A-Z projects, drive detailed specifications, tech lead engagement, and standardized board management. Operational Excellence : Implement data-driven project management techniques to drive continuous process improvement. Team Leadership : Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring operational efficiency, team growth, and strong communication. Strategic Growth : Contribute to maintaining a high PET (Project Evaluation & Tracking) score and achieving client conversion goals. Product Lifecycle : Lead product concepting, analytics, and team coordination to ensure seamless execution across platforms. What You Bring Background in product and project management, preferably in a tech-oriented or creative environment. Strong ability to translate high-level vision into actionable specifications and processes. A data-oriented mindset, with experience using analytics to drive process improvement. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships. Resilience and adaptability — you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
