Business Development Partner - CRM Partnerships & Channel Growth
Full-time | Freelancer | Hybrid + Field Meetings Location: Petah Tikva, Israel Elysian Softech is a technology and AI company based in Petah Tikva, specializing in AI systems, smart integrations, automation solutions, and strategic partnerships with businesses, CRM platforms, and organizations. We are looking for a sharp, commercially driven, highly assertive Business Development professional with strong technological orientation, someone who knows how to identify opportunities, open doors, build meaningful partnerships, and close deals. This is a key role within the company, with direct responsibility for driving growth through partnerships with CRM platforms, distributors, strategic partners, and high-value clients. Responsibilities Identify new markets and business opportunities in Israel and abroad Build strategic partnerships with CRM systems, distributors, business partners, and business owners Lead proactive outreach, meetings, and full-cycle deal management Present the company’s solutions to potential clients and connect them to live system demonstrations Lead commercial and legal negotiations through deal closure Work directly with company owners, CEOs, system owners, and decision-makers Match AI solutions to the business and technical needs of each partner or client Work closely with leadership, sales, product, and development teams Build long-term relationships with strategic partners Drive revenue growth through partnerships and expansion opportunities Requirements Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or strategic account management Strong track record in handling complex negotiations and closing deals Strong business mindset and the ability to identify commercial potential Strong technical orientation and understanding of systems, CRM platforms, integrations, and AI solutions Basic to strong legal and commercial understanding for partnership structures and agreements Ability to communicate value clearly, confidently, and persuasively Independent, proactive, sharp, and results-driven Native-level Hebrew and English Additional languages are a strong advantage- must Willingness to work in a hybrid format and attend in-person meetings with clients and partners Who fits this role We are looking for someone with strong business presence, confidence, sharp thinking, and commercial intelligence.
