You’ll work closely with Product, QA, Operations, and Algorithms teams to build and scale products used by leading manufacturers worldwide. 💡 About the Role We are looking for a talented Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building high-quality products. You’ll be involved in the full development lifecycle—from design and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on innovative AI-driven products, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to technologies that bridge software, computer vision, and industrial operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and services Collaborate with Product, QA, Algorithms, and Operations teams to deliver customer-facing solutions Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance Contribute to deployment and monitoring of production environments Work with AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality ✅ Requirements 8+ years software development experience; proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages Startup experience: led the journey from MVP to production maturity Proven track record shipping deep tech systems (ML, computer vision, etc.) at scale Expert-level problem-solving: reliability, observability, performance optimization, system design University degree 85+ / College degree 90+ Strong cross-functional communication; able to influence and drive business outcomes across teams Deep specialization or expertise in a specific domain (ML/CV/systems/etc.) Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment 🎯 What We Value Builders who take ownership and get things done Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies Team players who collaborate effectively across functions Engineers who care about quality, performance, and customer impact People who enjoy solving real-world problems using technology 📩 Interested?
