User Acquisition Manager (Temporary Position)

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our Mobile UA team. As a Mobile UA Manager, you will manage high-budget global mobile acquisition campaigns across various performance marketing channels. This is a hands-on, data-centric role, where analytics and cross-department collaboration are an essential part of the day-to-day work. Our ideal candidate has previous experience with performance marketing in mobile apps, a results-oriented mindset, a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, and a proactive approach to driving growth This is a 9-month temporary position, covering maternity leave Responsibilities Manage mobile user acquisition activities across key mobile UA channels, including Google App Campaigns, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and other performance marketing channels Grow existing activities as well as identify and test new sources of mobile acquisition Hit target KPIs through ongoing optimization, innovation and testing Work closely with management to develop a UA roadmap Collaborate with other departments, such as Data Analytics, Product, Research and Creative Studio, to develop and improve UA strategies and activities Help drive creative strategy by sharing feedback with relevant teams, brainstorming new creative concepts and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance Develop new insights, testing methodologies and process improvements for UA analysis and internal workflows Be on top of upcoming market and industry trends What we expect 2+ years of experience as a mobile user acquisition manager, with hands-on experience managing Meta, TikTok and Google App Campaigns Understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including tracking tools, attribution platforms, measurement methodologies and technical integrations Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build close relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Proactive and innovative - someone who thinks outside the box, stays up to date with the latest trends and proactively identifies new opportunities Passion for games, someone who appreciates the story, mechanics and progression Desired Passion for games, someone who appreciates the story, mechanics and progression of various kinds of games Mobile Gaming experience What we offer A Workplace Designed for Your Well-Being - Comfortable Environment: Ergonomic chairs and desks to support your health.
