Algorithm Developer / Data Analyst

Description: Analyze sensor data (e.g., Radar, ELINT systems) to extract features and identify insights from datasets. Maintain, understand, and improve existing classical and AI algorithms. Conduct performance evaluations of algorithms and overall system performance. Collaborate with System Engineering and R&D teams to optimize algorithms and system behavior. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in algorithm development and/or data analysis . Proven experience analyzing data and improving/optimizing existing algorithms. B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering (EE), Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field. Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python (including data libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in DefenseTech systems – a significant advantage. Location: Ashdod and Tel Aviv (NOT HYBRID). Job number: 1871.
