Responsibilities Develop high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS Integrate generative AI capabilities into user-facing applications Implement and optimize database schemas for traditional and vector databases Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning Ensure code quality through testing and best practices Mentor and grow junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and knowledge sharing Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications Drive technical debt reduction and proactive refactoring initiatives Define and enforce coding standards, PR review processes, and documentation practices Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead 5+ years of Full-Stack development experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization Experience with k8s / OpenShift – big advantage! Experience with SaaS – big advantage! Preferred Qualifications Experience with generative AI technologies or AI API integration Knowledge of vector databases Familiarity with cloud platforms and real-time data processing Experience with authentication systems and performance optimization
