Requirements Senior Back-End Engineer About the Role We are looking for a talented Senior Back-End Engineer to join our small, agile team in a fast-paced CI/CD environment. You will own features from conception to post-deployment, working closely with Product and Design to scale our architecture and build seamless user experiences. You will also play a key role in integrating modern AI capabilities—specifically leveraging Anthropic’s Claude —to build intelligent, reliable features directly into our core product. Our Tech Stack: C#, .NET 8, React.js, Redux, Azure, Redis, SQL Server, Snowflake. What You’ll Do Scale & Evolve: Architect and build high-performance APIs and distributed services using C# and .NET 8. Deliver End-to-End: Take full ownership of features in a continuous delivery environment. Integrate Smart Features: Collaborate on implementing LLM capabilities (like Claude) to power new, user-facing AI features. Focus on Quality: Write clean, simple, and highly maintainable code alongside a talented peer group. Experience & Skills Core Back-End: 3+ years of professional development experience with deep expertise in the C#/.NET ecosystem. AI & LLM Integration (Bonus/Plus): Hands-on experience or strong interest in integrating Large Language Models (specifically Anthropic Claude ). Ideally, you understand: Prompt design (such as leveraging Claude’s XML tag structure). Tool use / function calling to connect LLMs to your C# backend. Handling LLM latency and rate limits using caching (Redis) and asynchronous workflows. Product Mindset: A passion for building software that delivers an exceptional, intuitive user experience. Team First: Strong communication skills, empathy, and a highly collaborative approach to engineering.
