Description About LiveU  LiveU is the world leader in live streaming, providing high-quality, low-latency live broadcast from anywhere, anytime. We are looking for a BI Developer to join our MIS BI team and play a key role in building the data infrastructure that powers our business decisions.  Role Overview  As a BI Developer at LiveU, you will be a key member of the MIS BI team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.  This is a hands-on, end-to-end role that goes beyond traditional frontend BI systems. You will take ownership of projects across the full data lifecycle — from source systems and backend integrations, through ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations, all the way to dashboards, reporting layers, and user-facing BI applications. We are looking for someone who brings an AI-first mindset and leverages AI tools to improve development efficiency, automation, and data quality.  We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with a business-oriented mindset. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the company, including gathering requirements, leading discussions, planning projects, translating business needs into technical solutions, and driving initiatives from concept to delivery.  Requirements 2+ years of experience in a BI Developer role   Strong experience with SQL, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and Data Warehouse (DWH) methodologies   Strong Python development skills for data workflows   AI-first mindset - actively applies AI tools and thinking to engineering work   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive end-to-end projects independently  Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including pipeline development, data transformation, dbt, GitHub, and cost optimization  Familiarity with BI tools and the BI development ecosystem (e.g. Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI)  Experience working alongside BI developers or in a hybrid Data Engineering / BI role  Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Priority ERP  Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex to accelerate development and automation  Skills & Competencies  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Team player with excellent interpersonal skills  Ability to manage multiple priorities and parallel workstreams  Strong English communication skills - verbal and written  Motivated to learn new business and technical concepts
