We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! Your Mission We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Finance. As our Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financials of our Israeli-based subsidiary and play an important role within the global corporate finance team. Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations Support the month-end and year-end close process Produce monthly analytical reports Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting Manage budgeting and forecasting Produce financial statements as requested Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings Develop and adhere to policies and procedures Manage bookkeeping staff, including suppliers' payments and salaries Qualifications 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in a technology company of 100+ staff 5 years of combined experience in accounting and finance CPA Practice in one of the big 4 – a must Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Experience with creating financial statements and general ledgers Good understanding of accounting software Fluent in English, both written and verbal Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success Problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills.
