We’re growing fast and looking for a Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations as we scale globally. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Finance leadership, operations, and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable Support the development and maintenance of internal controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance Prepare audit materials and work closely with external auditors Monitor and manage daily cash flow to support business operations Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis Lead efforts to improve, develop, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller (or similar role), preferably in a startup environment Background from a Big 4 accounting firm CPA license required, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Strong knowledge of US GAAP Strong command of financial systems, experience with NetSuite – a significant advantage. Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Strong project management and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, team collaboration, and service-oriented mindset Results-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership. Fluent English, written and spoken Bonus Points For Experience working in a global SaaS or cybersecurity company Netsuite experience Experience working in scaling startup environments
