Senior Product Manager-Fintech
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Fintech to lead HAAT’s financial products, payment experiences, cash management flows, and financial operations tools across the HAAT ecosystem, with a clear mission: enabling heavy cash users to access the same digital benefits, marketplaces, and financial convenience that are usually available only to digitally paying customers. Responsibilities: Understand HAAT's financial ecosystem, including payments, cash management, settlements, and operations.* Act as the primary go-to person, providing strategic direction and clarity on fintech and financial product domains across the organization.* Define and execute the fintech product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve payment reliability, financial accuracy, compliance, and scalability while providing digital access for cash-first users.* Lead new Fintech and cash management solutions, ensuring secure financial flows across payments and settlements.* Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to translate complex requirements into scalable systems, automated controls, and clear dashboards to monitor KPIs and efficiencies.* Create clear documentation, rollout plans, and training materials to support adoption and ensure financial products remain auditable and aligned with internal stakeholder needs.* Collaborate with Fraud and Security teams to ensure system integrity.* Requirements: 6+ years of product management experience, including experience operating at a senior or principal level.* 3+ years of experience in leading products in fintech, payments, or related domains.* Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize the product lifecycle, improve user discovery, and drive efficiency in product delivery.* Experience leading cross-functional teams and turning complex business or financial Ops problems into scalable product solutions.* Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with data, dashboards, KPIs, funnel analysis, operational metrics, and financial reports.* Ability to translate financial requirements into clear product specifications, user flows, edge cases, and technical requirements.* Strong execution skills with the ability to prioritize, manage trade-offs, and ship in a fast-moving environment.* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively with finance, operations, engineering, data, and leadership teams.* Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage products where accuracy, reliability, and trust are critical.*
