What You'll Do Own the daily execution of payment operations, including monitoring transaction flows, treasury and wallet balances, withdrawals, and settlements, proactively identifying potential issues before they impact clients. Manage settlement flows and recovery processes such as recalls, recollections, and disputes, while developing a strong understanding of the financial mechanics behind them. Own partner onboarding processes end-to-end, including documentation reviews, KYB requirements, and resolving compliance or regulatory gaps directly with partners. Maintain strong operational relationships with banks, partners, and internal teams through clear and proactive communication. Collaborate closely with Compliance, Product, and Engineering to identify and resolve operational friction and improve processes as we scale. Identify operational risks, inconsistencies, and gaps in real time, investigate root causes, and propose practical solutions. Identify repetitive or manual processes and help drive opportunities for improvement and automation. This is a hands-on operational role that combines day-to-day execution with the opportunity to improve and build processes as Grain continues to scale. What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience in fintech, payments, banking operations, FX operations, or a similar financial operations environment. Familiarity with AP/AR, B2B financial systems, payment rails, SWIFT, settlement, or reconciliation processes.. Experience using AI or automation tools to improve operational workflows. Experience working with international partners or teams. Strong ownership and independent judgment, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. A proactive and structured approach to communication, problem-solving, and risk identification. High attention to detail and comfort working with financial data and processes where accuracy matters. Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. A hands-on mindset and willingness to dive into operational details while continuously looking for ways to make processes better. Bonus Points  Direct experience with FX conversion products or multi-currency settlement systems. Please note: This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday.
