AI Software Team Lead Software Conpany is looking for a hands-on AI Software Team Lead to direct a high-impact team (~4 members, including QA). In this role, you will lead the development of AI infrastructure and reusable capabilities, as well as deliver GenAI/LLM solutions for both our core products and next-generation AI-First platform. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of ~4 (including QA) both professionally and managerially. AI Infrastructure & Solutions: Lead the end-to-end development of scalable AI infrastructure, services, and GenAI/LLM/Agentic AI use cases (from PoC to Production). Hands-on Development: Drive solution architecture and write production-grade code, primarily in Python. Delivery & Quality: Own code quality, testing, and deployment of stable production-ready solutions, working under the guidance of the CTO. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Architecture, Development, and QA teams. Requirements Software Development: 5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on capabilities (Python expertise required). Leadership: 2–3 years of experience leading a dev team (professionally/managerially). AI/GenAI Expertise: Proven track record with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector DBs, and Agent frameworks. Architecture & Infrastructure: Experience building AI platforms/reusable components, integration into existing products, and working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Cloud & Production: Experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred) and bringing products from PoC to production. Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering – an advantage. Key Competencies Strong technical and managerial leadership with a hands-on mindset. Pragmatic approach to evaluating AI technologies and distinguishing PoCs from Production-ready code. High ownership, independent execution, and strong cross-team collaboration skills.
