The Role We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. As part of our R&D efforts, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our core, module-based and feature rich solution and will have substantial impact on our product experience and the business. What You’ll Do Design, plan, and build end-to-end features - from concept through production and post-deployment Take full ownership of features, working closely with Product and Design teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Develop scalable, high-quality code that is used daily by hundreds of thousands of users Review, optimize, and improve teammates’ code, contributing to high engineering standards Challenge existing processes, suggest improvements, and bring new ideas into the team Have a direct impact on the product, its architecture, and its future direction Be part of an organic engineering team developing both in-house and with external partners Who You Are A seasoned software engineer with 5+ years of hands-on server-side development experience (Node.js, Python) 3+ years of front-end development experience, with React as a strong advantage Experienced in building large-scale, user-facing web products Familiar with cloud-native environments; AWS and Kubernetes are a strong advantage Hands-on experience designing, querying, and optimizing relational databases using (MySQL or PostgreSQL) Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment A problem-solver with a strong “can-do” mindset and sense of ownership Uses AI tools on a daily basis as part of core full-stack development workflows, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
