Solve problems independently and support clients. Maintain organizational systems and processes. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent Hebrew – both written and spoken. Familiarity with computerized systems and technology. Ability to work well in a team and manage interpersonal relationships. Service-oriented with attention to detail. High stress tolerance and crisis management capability.
