Description We are looking for a highly motivated Tech Leader to join our team and take ownership of the company's technology infrastructure, business systems, and automation processes. The role combines hands-on technical work with project leadership, system integration, and operational optimization. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple technologies and projects in a fast-paced environment. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical role. Extensive work with automation tools (Make/N8N) and integrating different systems. Extensive work with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage), including Flow configuration and system characterization. Working with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor websites. Managing technology and product projects. Analytical thinking and report building. Managing and maintaining Linux-based cloud environments, including AWS (EC2, Security Groups, Route 53), Azure, and DigitalOcean. Managing domains and DNS configurations. Working with PostgreSQL and message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ). Experience with automation platforms and system integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and technologies simultaneously. High level of English proficiency (written and spoken). Nice to have: Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Script). Experience managing cloud telephony systems. Experience with Google Workspace.
