Senior Product Manager
Description As a Senior Product Manager at Friends, you will play a crucial role in driving the product vision and strategy for our innovative solutions. Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and team members. Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights that inform product decisions. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals. Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Mentor and support junior product managers and other team members, fostering a culture of innovation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
