Join us and help shape the future of email security 🚀 As AI Platform Software Engineer , you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact on IRONSCALES’ new Agentic Development Life Cycle – from design, to architecture, DevX, velocity improvements, top quality, and highly performant Cybersecurity product built to prevent Phishing attacks at scale. Responsibilities: • Be part of our AI Platform development team at IRONSCALES, working with team members and AI Guild engineers while working on the next-generation architecture for a large-scale, cloud-based, AI-driven microservices cybersecurity platform. • Master AI & Platform - Develop Agentic workflows, Agents, MCPs, Skills, Platform components, backend frameworks, libraries, and services; Identify optimization and modernization opportunities, build & present plans, work indepednantly towards successful delivery, communicate altrnatives effectively, raise risks and mitigations. • Design and review system architecture, introduce best practices, incorporate AI agents, tools, and infrastructure components, review feature designs. Requirements • 8+ years of Backend Development experience, including at least 2 years in Python. • 2+ years of experience in SW Infrastructure or Platform Teams. • Proven experience in AI Driven Software Engineering , agentic development lifecycle, building skills, MCPs, and AI agents. • Experienced working in Agile manner, pragmatic, business-oriented, and team player. • Experienced with modern Cloud and software stacks , CI/CD, DevX, Micro-Services architecture, Kubernetes, high scale and low latency processing. • Experienced with message brokers , synchronous and asynchronous processing, relational and non-relational databases . • BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
