Junior FP&A
Description Bright Data is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. You’ll be part of a collaborative group of 5 analysts, delivering key financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and helping drive strategic decisions across the company. Responsibilities Support the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes. Perform ongoing actual commission calculations and assist with the development of the annual commission plan. Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reports. Provide ongoing financial support and analysis for various teams, projects, customer transactions, and strategic initiatives. Build ad-hoc financial models, reports, and analysis as needed. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and explaining variances. Collaborate with the finance team and department heads to deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field Up to 1 year of experience in FP&A or a related analytical field, including relevant student or part-time roles during studies. Fluent English – written and verbal Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail High standards of accuracy, precision, and professionalism Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure Strong sense of ownership - ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive things to completion Experience in financial analysis, executive presentations and building complex financial models – Advantage Experience with daily use of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into work – Advantage
