Position Overview We’re seeking a Lead Senior Front-End Engineer to join the Tel Aviv Innovation Center. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with deep expertise in modern web technologies, a passion for creating intuitive user experiences, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities Lead Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance front-end applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Implement best practices in UI/UX, accessibility, and performance optimization. Build reusable components and contribute to design systems. Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards for quality, security, and maintainability. Explore emerging front-end technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript, WebAssembly, PWAs) and apply them to real-world solutions. Contribute to rapid prototyping and MVP development for new products. Required Qualifications 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong focus on front-end development. Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization. Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs and microservices. Solid background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with design systems and component libraries. Background in enterprise software, telecommunications, or B2B tech. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Prior experience in the Israeli tech ecosystem. Track record of successful product launches.
