What You Will Do: Sales of publishing solutions by consulting with prospective U.S. and international authors through video meetings. Present Spines' services and solutions effectively, highlighting benefits and success stories. Address prospective author inquiries and effectively communicate our value proposition to deliver an exceptional experience. Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve closing rates. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM Requirements Proven track record in B2C or Inside Sales, ideally working with U.S. or international clients via video consultations. Native or fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and standard office tools.
