Technical Support Engineer

Your Upcoming Challenges : Provide technical support to customers worldwide and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to R&D when needed. Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors. Work closely with other teams, such as development, DevOps, and QA to ensure that systems are aligned with business needs and goals. Bring a passion to stay on top of trends, experiment with and learn new technologies. The position includes on-call shifts on weekends. Requirements Experience in any programming language, preferably Python. Experience with Cloud technologies – mostly AWS and Azure. Containerization (Kubernetes). Strong knowledge in Linux and CLI commands. Proficiency in SQL for data investigation and troubleshooting. Experience with Kibana / Log analysis tools. Experience with build servers such as Jenkins, TeamCity etc. Understanding virtualization technologies such as VMware. Experience with WEB technology – Networking, HTTP. Experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT). Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative, solve problems, and lead tasks.
