Description We’re looking for a Product Designer who can operate across the full design spectrum - from UX strategy and user flows to high-quality UI and scalable design systems . strong product designer who loves getting technical. This role combines deep product thinking with strong visual execution and system-level ownership. You’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences while building and maintaining the foundations that enable teams to design and scale efficiently. Collaboration & Process Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers Responsibilities UX & Product Experience Define end-to-end user experiences across key product flows Create wireframes, user flows, and information architecture Design intuitive interaction patterns and seamless user journeys Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for improvement Participate in user research, usability testing, and data-driven iteration Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear UX solutions Develop personas and align experience strategy with product goals UI & Visual Design Crafting polished UI and discussing implementation details with engineers. collaborate closely with Product Designers and Front-End Engineers. Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout principles. Design with technical feasibility in mind (HTML, CSS/SCSS, JS, responsive breakpoints) Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints Create interactive prototypes and micro-interactions Design responsive experiences across multiple devices Ensure accessibility (contrast, readability, usability of interactive elements) Deliver pixel-perfect, dev-ready designs and perform design QA Design Systems & Design Ops Co-own and evolve the company’s design system. Translate front-end constraints into scalable Figma structures Build and maintain scalable component libraries in Figma Define and refine primitives, tokens, and semantic structures Ensure consistency across products and platforms Support white-label and cross-platform scalability Align design with development (Dev Mode, Storybook, design-to-code) Work closely with engineers building the system in code Prepare the system for automation and future AI-driven workflows Educate and support designers in using the system effectively Requirements What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Product/UX/UI Design Strong experience across both UX (flows, research,wireframes) and UI (visual design, prototyping) Proven experience working with or building design systems Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variables, libraries, Dev Mode) Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and accessibility Experience collaborating closely with developers Familiar with HTML, CSS/SCSS, responsive design, and front-end constraints Ability to think in systems while delivering high-quality UI Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills Why This Role Matters Our Design System is infrastructure - and our product experience is critical to business success. You’ll help bridge the gap between product and system thinking - ensuring experiences are both well-crafted and scalable , from defining the user journey to delivering the final, system-driven UI.
