Financial ERP Implementation Lead
Description PassportCard is looking for a Financial ERP Implementation Lead to play a key role in a strategic finance-systems transformation within a growing global organization. The role combines strong financial-process expertise with hands-on ERP implementation experience, from solution design and requirements through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can connect Finance, Technology, business users, vendors, and implementation partners, translating complex financial needs into practical, scalable system solutions. Responsibilities Lead financial ERP initiatives end to end, including discovery, process design, implementation, testing, go-live, stabilization, and continuous improvement. Translate finance, accounting, and business processes into functional requirements and solution designs. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, challenge existing processes, and promote fit-to-standard solutions. Own or review key implementation deliverables, including functional designs, fit-gap decisions, configuration, interfaces, reporting, and data migration. Work closely with vendors and implementation partners while maintaining strong internal ownership. Identify integration, regulatory, localization, licensing, and operational risks and drive resolution. Guide business users through implementation, adoption, and ongoing support. Evaluate opportunities to apply AI and automation across ERP and finance processes. Requirements 7+ years of relevant experience in financial systems, ERP implementation, finance, accounting, or FP&A, including substantial hands-on ERP implementation responsibility. Proven experience implementing financial modules in a major ERP environment, including involvement in design, requirements, configuration, testing, or functional documentation. Strong practical understanding of finance and accounting processes. Relevant academic background in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Ability to translate complex financial and business needs into clear system requirements. Experience working with senior stakeholders, vendors, implementation partners, and technology teams. Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Strong technological orientation, sound judgment, and openness to AI-enabled tools. Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English. Significant Advantages: Hands-on SAP Finance implementation experience, including SAP S/4HANA. Experience with SAP Public Cloud / GROW with SAP and fit-to-standard implementations. Familiarity with SAP Activate, DDA, Scope Items, Cloud ALM, CBC, extensibility, APIs, and integrations. Experience in global ERP programs, multi-company environments, localizations, or regulated industries. Accounting qualification or previous hands-on Finance experience. Experience applying AI or automation tools to finance or ERP processes
