Senior Director of Therapeutics

We are looking for a Senior Director of Therapeutics to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone who can bring a combination of leadership, technological experience and a strong clinical background. In this role, you will head the therapeutic aspects of a multidisciplinary project in a fast-paced environment, from initiation to launch, identifying and translating therapeutic interventions into protocols that fit a digitized format. The ideal candidate would be with a product-oriented & innovative mindset, strong ability work across teams, excellent English speaking, presentation and writing skills and a commitment to integrative, holistic, and patient-centered approaches to chronic disease management. Work Environment This full-time role is based in our office in Ramat Gan, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with our dynamic team in person. Key Responsibilities Therapeutic Benefit Feasibility Evaluation Review and synthesize clinical literature with scientific rigor on therapeutic modalities, chronic disease management, integrative care, and rehabilitation sciences . Identify, recruit and engage with advisors - physicians, therapists, scientists, and other clinical domain experts to obtain information required for therapeutic benefit feasibility evaluation. Clinical Protocol & Framework Development Work with medical, scientific and allied health advisors, capturing essential insights and translate them into well-structured, clinically meaningful content. Identify and recruit patients to work with as advisors for therapeutic requirements Define the patient characteristics, patient journey and unmet therapeutic needs Transform complex, multidisciplinary clinical discussions into concise, actionable treatment pathways. Develop, research, and refine therapeutic protocols and care frameworks grounded in evidence-based, integrative, and holistic approaches. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure clinical accuracy and usability in digital implementations. Write and edit high-quality clinical materials, care protocols, and white papers. Work with Pharma Customers Serve as the therapeutic subject-matter expert in external engagements with pharmaceutical partners, ensuring scientific credibility and alignment with clinical practice. Build trusted relationships with pharmaceutical stakeholders, supporting scientific discussions, strategic partnerships, and the development of evidence-based digital therapeutic approaches. Clinical Development Lead the therapeutic strategy for validation and clinical studies, provide therapeutic and clinical input into study design and execution Translate findings from validation and clinical studies into actionable therapeutic recommendations, including adaptations to the intervention, product, and clinical study approach. Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Product, and external advisors to ensure therapeutic strategy and clinical evidence are appropriately represented in regulatory strategy and submissions Holistic & Integrative Perspective Maintain a systems-level, whole-person viewpoint blending conventional clinical practice with complementary and lifestyle-based interventions. Stay informed about developments across integrative medicine and digital health. Qualifications Clinical background required (e.g. in psychology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, MD or similar clinical professional) Experience in leading complex, cross-team projects required Experience working in tech required Strong writing abilities required Experience in leading teams is preferred Experience in developing or contributing to clinical protocols, care pathways, or therapeutic programs is strongly preferred. High-level proficiency in both written and spoken English, as well as spoken Hebrew required Ideal Candidate Traits Curious, open-minded, and comfortable integrating diverse clinical standpoints.
