As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will: Lead proactive sourcing activities for technology-oriented roles Analyze hiring needs and translate them into precise sourcing profiles Manage full-cycle recruitment Identify, approach and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach campaigns Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, internal databases and creative market mapping Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-hire roles Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously improve sourcing quality Track sourcing metrics and optimize funnel performance If you have: 2+ years of experience a Talent Acquisition Partner within high-tech environments Strong understanding of technology-driven roles and profiles Proven experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools Experience supporting early hiring stages, including candidate screening, interviews and evaluation processes Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills High level of English (verbal and written) Strong organizational and analytical skills Can-do approach with a proactive and positive mindset Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
