Business Development Representative
Altius Capital is looking for a smart, curious, and highly driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. Altius is a fintech startup building a platform for the Private Markets space. We help financial organizations, institutional investors, funds, and family offices organize complex investment data, connect information from multiple sources, and turn it into clear business and investment insights using technology, automation, and AI. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company at an early and meaningful stage, work closely with the CEO and business team, and take part in building our go-to-market motion from the ground up. ## What you'll do - Research and identify relevant companies, funds, institutional investors, family offices, and key decision-makers - Build targeted prospect lists and map relevant stakeholders - Create personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels - Qualify potential opportunities and understand business needs - Schedule high-quality meetings for the CEO and business team - Help refine messaging, positioning, and outbound strategies - Maintain organized pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and CRM activity - Learn the private markets ecosystem and become highly familiar with our target audience ## What we're looking for - Native-level English - written and spoken - Strong research skills and ability to understand business context quickly - Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals - Experience in BDR / SDR / business development / sales / account management / customer-facing roles - Ability to write thoughtful, personalized, non-generic outreach - High ownership, curiosity, persistence, and self-discipline - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still being built - Interest in fintech, investments, private markets, data, or AI ## Advantages - Experience in fintech, financial services, investments, SaaS, or B2B sales - Experience working with international markets - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar tools - Hebrew - advantage ## Why join Altius? - Join a growing fintech startup operating in the private markets space - Work closely with the CEO and leadership team - Gain exposure to sophisticated financial clients and senior decision-makers - Help shape the company's outbound and go-to-market processes - Be part of a team building technology that helps financial organizations make better investment decisions
