What you’ll do: Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists, including professional development and knowledge growth Build and establish Data Science methodologies and best practices Translate business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions with measurable impact Drive end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning and LLM-based models Implement and optimize models in production environments (On-Prem and Cloud) Work closely with business stakeholders as a key interface between business and technology Continuously challenge and elevate team capabilities and performance Take an active role in shaping the team’s direction, supporting employee growth, and aligning data science efforts with business needs Requirements: Strong knowledge of classical Machine Learning algorithms and LLM models Experience working with LangChain (or similar frameworks), tokenization, and prompt engineering Experience in a team lead role- Significant advantage Experience working in organizations with large-scale databases and complex business processes- Significant advantage Experience working in a financial organization- Significant advantage Additional Info: The position is based in Bnei Brak (near train line) Hybrid work model ‍
