As we grow Medint's AI product capabilities, we're looking for a talented Medical Researcher to join our Clinical Research team. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys the depth of medical literature research and wants to see that expertise put to work shaping the future of clinical decision-making. Responsibilities As a member of the Clinical Research team, you will be a core contributor to development of our product, gather the evidence and contribute clinical knowledge that power our platform. In addition, you will create and verify high-quality research reports. Your responsibilities will include: Literature Research: Conduct in-depth literature reviews to answer complex, patient-specific clinical questions, drawing on primary research, guidelines, and other credible sources. Evidence Synthesis: Deliver clear, accurate, and timely research findings that clinicians and internal teams can rely on for decision-making. AI Product Support: Play a hands-on role in directing and evaluating the AI models that support clinicians' decision-making, including labelling, reviewing, and validating clinical data and model outputs against clear rubrics. Quality & Documentation: Help ensure findings are reproducible and defensible. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of medical experts and AI developers to close gaps between clinical need and product capability. Requirements Clinical Background: Medical Doctor (MD), M.Sc. in Medical Sciences or a related field, or Research Nurse. Research Experience: Experience in academic research and scientific writing. Clinical Experience: Hands-on clinical experience. Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate respectfully and productively with colleagues across diverse roles in the company. Language: Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and verbal (additional languages are a plus). Work Style: Strong ability to both collaborate and work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Advantages Experience with data science, biostatistics, or working with structured/labelled datasets. Prior experience at a health-tech, digital health, or AI company. Familiarity with industry benchmarks, regulatory and good practice frameworks relevant to medical AI (e.g., FDA Good Machine Learning Practice, EU AI Act).
