IT Procurement Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to take part in complex, high-impact procurement processes within a large enterprise environment, working closely with senior technological and business stakeholders. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end IT procurement processes for complex, large-scale engagements with vendors in Israel and abroad Manage strategic negotiations and execute complex commercial agreements across software, hardware, maintenance, and IT projects Work closely with internal technology, business, and finance stakeholders to understand needs and align procurement strategies Conduct vendor mapping, risk assessment, and supplier lifecycle management with a long-term business perspective Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Qualifications: Must: 5+ years of proven experience in IT procurement within large organizations, managing budgets of tens of millions of NIS Demonstrated experience in leading negotiations and closing complex IT transactions with local and global vendors Strong understanding of the IT market in Israel and globally – vendors, manufacturers, pricing models, and procurement methodologies Excellent commercial mindset with the ability to drive long-term value and optimal contract structures Strong analytical skills and experience presenting data and insights to senior executives Bachelor’s degree High proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking) with excellent negotiation skills An Advantage: Experience working in financial institutions or large regulated organizations Hands-on experience with ERP procurement systems – SAP is a strong advantage **To Apply for this position, select Position > IT Procurement Specialist
