Full Stack Team leader
Must have: 3+ years of experience managing a full-stack engineering team in a fast-paced environment 6+ years of software development experience, strong proficiency in Node.js and React Experience working with AWS-based environments and architectures Strong experience delivering in an Agile environment, with a focus on fast, iterative execution and continuous improvement Passion for AI-development tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor) and driving their adoption Ownership-driven mindset, with strong collaboration skills across stakeholders Experience working with offshore teams
