Full-Stack Software Engineer
We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our web development team. In this role, you will be involved in building and maintaining a wide range of software products across SaaS, desktop, mobile, and related applications. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values ownership and autonomy, and enjoys working with diverse technologies in a collaborative and supportive team. This role is ideal for engineers who have worked in small to mid-sized teams and are comfortable taking on end-to-end responsibility as a key contributor. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions across multiple products Take ownership of features and systems, acting as a key contributor within the team Lead frontend and backend development efforts across various systems Contribute to system architecture, API design, hardware integration, and cloud-based services Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Hardware/Embedded, QA, Support, and Sales Work with UI/UX designs and contribute to improving user experience Continuously improve development processes, including the adoption of modern tools and best practices Requirements: 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in small to mid-sized teams or companies Strong backend experience with Java and Node.js, and frontend development with React Solid understanding of AWS cloud environments Experience with UI/UX prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar) Experience using AI-driven development tools to enhance productivity Familiarity with hardware integration and communication protocols (e.g., USB, Ethernet, MQTT) — advantage Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Proven ability to take ownership and operate as a key contributor Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English This position is open to both women and men Send CV to: hilali@telefire.com
