Innocom is Hiring – Technical Support Engineer for the Palo Alto Team The Palo Alto Networks Team at Innocom is expanding and looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic and challenging role in the cybersecurity and networking field. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to company customers and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Analyze, identify, and resolve networking and information security problems. Work with leading Firewall solutions. Support installation, configuration, and maintenance processes. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors in Israel and abroad. Requirements: At least 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Support , Network Support , or Security Support role. Hands-on experience with Firewall solutions from Palo Alto Networks , Check Point Software Technologies , or Fortinet . Strong knowledge of networking protocols. Experience working with VPN technologies. Knowledge and experience with Routing concepts and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
