Mechanical Devices designs and builds thermal test systems for the semiconductor industry. We are looking for a junior-to-mid-level Technical Sales Manager who is motivated to grow into an international B2B sales role and work closely with engineers and global customers. •This position is well suited for candidates with a technical or engineering background who see sales as their next career step , rather than experienced sales professionals who have already spent many years in full-cycle sales roles. What you’ll do •Support sales activities for semiconductor and industrial customers •Manage existing customer accounts and assist in developing new business opportunities •Participate in customer meetings (remote and on-site) together with senior team members •Assist with quotations, RFQs, and basic CRM updates •Work closely with engineering and service teams to match customer requirements with the appropriate technical solution • Travel: Occasional international travel (up to ~25%) What we’re looking for •1–4 years of experience in a technical B2B environment (technical sales, sales support, application engineering, or a technical customer-facing role) •Background or exposure to industrial, semiconductor, or engineering environments •Comfortable discussing technical topics with engineers (training will be provided) •Good English communication skills •Willingness to travel internationally several times per year Important note This role is ideal for candidates who are transitioning into sales for example, engineers or technical professionals who want to move toward customer-facing and commercial responsibilities as the next stage of their career .
