Talent Acquisition Partner
📍 Ra’anana | Full-time | Office-based Fast Corporation is a growing global tech company with teams in Israel and Ukraine. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and play a key role in supporting the company’s growth. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll lead hiring processes across a variety of business and operational roles, drive sourcing initiatives, and help build scalable recruitment practices. Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers and the CEO on hiring needs and decisions. Lead sourcing and headhunting efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. Conduct interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the process. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Support onboarding activities and recruitment-related projects as needed. Act as a standalone Talent Acquisition function with the opportunity to shape recruitment processes, influence hiring decisions, and make a direct impact on the company's growth. Requirements 4–5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a tech company or startup. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. Experience partnering with hiring managers and driving recruitment processes independently. Excellent communication and interviewing skills. Fluent Hebrew and English. Nice to Have Experience in a global company. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
