System Administrator We are looking for a hands-on, service-oriented IT professional who can take ownership of our daily IT operations, proactively identify and resolve issues, and help maintain a secure, stable, and efficient working environment while collaborating with our external cybersecurity provider. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT support for approximately 30 employees, including onboarding, offboarding, user provisioning, permissions, and technical support. Administer and maintain Active Directory and/or Entra ID environments, including Group Policies (GPOs), permissions, security groups, and access controls. Manage corporate IT infrastructure, including VPNs, networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls, remote access solutions, backups, and system health monitoring. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, software licensing, and endpoint management. Implement cybersecurity best practices and coordinate security-related activities with the company’s external cybersecurity provider. Participate in IT improvement, automation, and infrastructure modernization projects. Support Microsoft 365, AWS environments, and general system administration tasks. Proactively monitor IT systems, identify potential issues, and ensure a secure and reliable working environment. Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on IT administration / System Administration experience. Experience managing Windows environments and endpoints. Experience with Active Directory and/or Entra ID. Familiarity with networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud services. Basic cybersecurity knowledge and understanding of security best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT-related tasks. Strong service orientation and good communication skills. Fluent Hebrew and good English.
