Summary We’re looking for a marketing leader to own all of WingPlay’s marketing Hands-on role: strategy + execution Big impact, lots of room to grow with us About WingPlay Fast-moving mobile gaming startup based in Israel Founded by the team behind some of the world’s top casual games Focused on mass-market game categories with a unique twist Building high-quality games designed for millions of players worldwide Responsibilities Drive UA and growth across multiple channels Develop WingPlay’s brand alongside our game titles Lead creative production, ASO, and Stores Use AI tools to scale creative testing, insights and automation Track performance, optimize funnels, hit KPI goals Build the base for a future marketing team Qualifications 5+ years in mobile gaming or apps marketing Deep experience in UA, performance and ASO Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for marketing & creative Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
