Required : B.Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years focused on Backend development and at least 3 years in team leadership roles. Strong hands-on experience with Python. Proven experience leading the development of large-scale applications from architecture to implementation. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Team player with a hands-on mindset. Experience with networking concepts and communication protocols. Ability to identify and analyze logical and application-level vulnerabilities. Preferred: Experience with additional Backend technologies such as C# or Java. Experience with Linux-based platforms. Experience in Cyber Security, application security, or reverse engineering. Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud architectures. Experience with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, or Android development.
