Microcon, a growing defense company, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager for Electro‑Optical Systems. Position Responsibilities: Partnering in building a marketing strategy and executing it Leading campaigns with potential customers and closing new orders in Israel and abroad Frequent international travel Requirements: 3 years of experience in international marketing and sales in the defense sector - mandatory Technical background and experience in electro‑optics / unmanned aerial systems (UAS) - strong advantage Experience in conducting negotiations Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration - mandatory Ability to work in an integrative and matrix environment Team player with a systemic perspective High‑level English - mandatory Additional relevant languages - advantage Experience with AI tools - advantage
