Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sales Manager (Call Center) role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Sales Manager will lead and coach a team of call center agents focused on qualifying leads, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, and converting prospects into clients for AI marketing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, analyzing call metrics, and optimizing scripts and workflows to improve conversion rates and customer experience. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with call center activities, refine lead-handling processes, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities. The Sales Manager will also participate in hiring, training, and ongoing development of sales agents, while maintaining accurate reports, forecasts, and CRM records. Qualifications Strong background in sales processes, including lead qualification, outbound calling, objection handling, and closing deals. Familiarity with digital or performance marketing services, with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear value for prospects. Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team and foster a positive sales culture. High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail, with strong reporting and forecasting abilities. Previous experience in a marketing agency, tech, or SaaS environment is a plus. Availability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo on a part-time or full-time schedule.
