We are currently seeking a Sales Manager, in Ramat Gan, Israel, for one of our client companies. Reelu helps you showcase your experience through a short Storyboard and match with opportunities that fit your skills. Sales Manager This is not your typical Head of Sales role The ideal candidate will build the entire sales function from scrach! strategy, execution, everything. A true 0→1 builder who wants real ownership and impact. You'll be the first sales hire, fully hands-on, opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing deals end-to-end. If you're someone who lives and breathes sales, loves closing deals, and wants to build and lead a team as we scale- this is for you. Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle – from lead to close Create and grow B2B partnerships Build strong relationships with decision-makers Define pricing and commercial models Set up sales processes, tools, KPIs & forecasting Work closely with Product, Marketing & Leadership Qualifications: Strong B2B sales background (Fintech / Gaming / Trading – must) Strong closer with a track record of complex deals Experience owning or building sales activities Great communication & presentation skills Startup mindset, self-driven, and hands-on Fluent English How to Apply Register to Reelu Talent community and get matched today!
