Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity) Full-time | Remote across Israel | Optional work from our offices About Up Security Up Security (formerly Wake-Up Cyber) is one of Israel’s fastest-growing cybersecurity services companies. We are best known for leading the CISO as a Service category for growth-stage technology companies and SMBs, while also advising larger organizations on Application Security, Cloud Security, and AI Security. We work with companies operating in modern environments: cloud, SaaS, fast-moving R&D, CI/CD, and practical GenAI adoption. About the role We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to help us create new opportunities and book meetings for our technical sales leaders. This is a full-time remote role, focused mainly on the Israeli market, and requires working primarily in Hebrew. This is not a passive inbound role and not a generic SDR job. It is a hands-on, high-accountability role for someone who likes outreach, follow-up, cold calls, and creating momentum. What you’ll do Generate new business opportunities in the Israeli market Run outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and follow-up sequences Conduct cold calls and qualify prospects Book meetings for our sales and technical leaders Track opportunities and proposals with discipline and persistence Work closely with leadership and learn how real B2B cybersecurity sales are done What we’re looking for Previous experience in SDR, BDR, sales, appointment setting, or another strong customer-facing commercial role Excellent Hebrew and good English Strong writing and communication skills High level of organization, persistence, and follow-through Comfort with outbound work, cold calls, and intensive follow-up High availability and willingness to work hard Strong advantage Interest in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Monday, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo Experience working in a KPI-driven role Who will do well here We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, ambitious, intelligent, stable, resilient, and eager to grow.
