About the Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping identify new business opportunities and creating meaningful connections with IT and business decision-makers. You'll work closely with our sales, and technical teams to generate and qualify leads, build pipeline, and support the growth of our business. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who is eager to learn, develop professionally, and grow within a technology-focused organization. Key Responsibilities Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting activities, including email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting efforts Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and market initiatives Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in CRM systems Learn and develop a strong understanding of our software solutions and the challenges they solve for customers Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn Marketing background or marketing-related skills Familiarity with Linked for business networking and lead generation Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Interest in technology and software solutions Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or similar roles is an advantage but not required Experience with CRM systems is a plus Bachelor's degree Fluency in both English and Hebrew Why Join Us Our company motto is "We will go the extra mile" — and we live by it.
