About Dono Title insurance is a $30 billion industry that still runs on paper. Every property transaction in the U.S. depends on a title search done manually, by hand, across 3,600+ fragmented county record systems. It is one of the largest, oldest, and most under-automated corners of the U.S. economy. Dono is changing that. We are the AI infrastructure layer turning a century-old, paper-driven process into a fully automated one. We have raised $10M+, signed 50+ customers, including most of the top 10 underwriters, and built one of the strongest brands in the category. Most of our deals last quarter closed inbound. About the Role This is the first dedicated outbound sales hire at Dono. Until now, all sales has been founder-led, supported by distribution partnerships and a brand that pulls demand to us. You are coming in to open a new lane: proactive outbound to mid-sized title agencies across the U.S. You will own the top of the funnel - building lists, running outbound, qualifying conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the founders and (soon) our AE. This is not a role where someone hands you a sequence and asks you to hit "send." You will own your motion end to end, build it with the best AI tools available, and treat your pipeline like a product you are shipping. This is a phone-first role in a phone-first industry. The role is based in our Tel Aviv office and works US Eastern hours (~2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Israel time), Monday through Thursday. What You'll Do Own the top of the funnel: build target lists, run multi-channel outbound, and book qualified meetings for the founders and AE Pick up the phone every day - this is a phone-first role Research the U.S. title market and identify the right mid-sized agencies and the right people inside them Qualify conversations and hand off clean, well-documented opportunities Build and continuously improve your outbound motion using AI tools - you set the system, not just run it Keep CRM hygiene tight and report on your pipeline like an operator Partner closely with the founders and Commercial lead to sharpen messaging and target segments What We're Looking For Must have: A high sense of ownership - you run your own motion and own your number High willingness and ability to adopt AI tools to improve how you work Strong written and verbal English (you'll sell to the U.S. market daily) Comfort on the phone and with high-volume outbound Self-sufficiency and comfort with ambiguity - you build the playbook as you go Ability to work US Eastern hours from our Tel Aviv office Nice to have: Prior SDR / BDR or outbound sales experience Experience selling into the U.S. market Exposure to fintech, proptech, B2B SaaS, or the title / real estate industry What We Offer A ground-floor seat at a fast-scaling, well-funded AI company with a strong brand and inbound demand Direct mentorship from the founders and Commercial lead A clear growth path - this role is built to grow into team lead and beyond The autonomy to build your own outbound engine with the best tools available
