About the role Entro Security is seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js and cloud infrastructures, to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Node.js development, along with a deep understanding of platform engineering and cloud software architecture. What you’ll do: Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable cloud-native Node.js applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes. What you bring: 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with an emphasis on Node.js development Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong understanding of platform operations, infrastructure, and high-scale environments Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication and collaboration skills BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience Experience with React to build components for customer-facing applications – Advantage Knowledge in Golang – Advantage Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools – Advantage Working experience in a Cybersecurity company – Advantage
