Job Responsibilities: Matrix Management: Lead, motivate, and drive cross-functional technical teams in a matrix environment without direct hierarchical authority, aligning them toward project goals. Ownership & Proactivity: Act as the ultimate safety net for the project, demonstrating strong proactivity to identify and bridge gaps that fall between the cracks. Dynamic Risk Management: Conduct continuous risk management; proactively monitor whether risks are materializing throughout the project lifecycle and implement real-time mitigation strategies. Full ownership of project execution from end to end: identifying business value, defining goals, securing stakeholder buy-in, and ensuring implementation and adoption of new processes. Plan and monitor the execution of mitigation and implementation projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Define, prioritize, and communicate customer requirements. Manage day-to-day project activities, including handling changes in scope, resource allocation, and execution. Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, including operations and management, to drive project success. Maintain direct communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle and build long-term relationships. Navigate between internal execution and customer-facing responsibilities, ensuring consistent alignment and delivery. Track progress, provide regular status updates, and manage risks by identifying issues early and implementing mitigation strategies. Job Requirements: Technical Comprehension: Strong technical understanding with the ability to grasp complex cloud operations, deduce their operational meanings, and effectively translate them into business impacts for the customer. Cloud Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) End-to-End English Delivery: Proven ability to lead technical meetings in English from end to end with global customers. Native-level proficiency in English, both verbal and written - A must. Native-level Spanish - A significant advantage. At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in information systems. Proven experience working with external customers, including cross-departmental collaboration and multi-stakeholder environments. Ability to effectively juggle between internal priorities and customer needs, working seamlessly across multiple departments and teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to lead technical scoping and data-driven decision-making processes. Demonstrated experience in implementing new technologies, developing business infrastructure, and driving organizational change in global settings. Familiarity with the public sector or defense/security companies - a significant advantage. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach Soft Skills & DNA Hands-on Approach: Constantly staying in the loop with a continuous pulse on project details and progress. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build exceptional, trust-based relationships with both external clients and internal technical teams
