Project Manager — Operations & Exhibition Display Design

As we expand our Global Exhibitions Department, we are looking for a versatile professional who combines strong project-management and operational skills with creative thinking and a refined design sensibility. The successful candidate will lead projects from the planning stage through to on-site installation in galleries around the world. About the role This is a key position connecting curatorial and spatial-design concepts with the practical execution and production of exhibitions. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring exceptional organization, data management, and operational coordination, alongside active involvement in the visual planning of exhibition spaces. You will work in a creative and collaborative studio environment, coordinating with gallery teams and international suppliers worldwide. Key Responsibilities Manage exhibition projects and oversee ongoing coordination with logistics managers and gallery managers across international locations. Consolidate logistical information, track and update artwork inventory in real time, and translate data into accurate working documents and tracking sheets for each location. Collect, organize, and synchronize information, including technical specifications and visual documentation. Contribute actively to the creative planning and conceptual development of exhibitions. Propose ideas for exhibition layouts, artwork presentation, and display design, adding a strong aesthetic perspective to each project. Requirements Strong analytical, organizational, and project-management skills. Excellent spatial awareness and a developed aesthetic sensibility, with a clear affinity for art, design, or architecture. At least three years of proven experience in project management, production, operations, or a similar role. Adaptability, flexibility, and strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. A solid understanding of production, coordination, and installation processes. Creative thinking, close attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into polished, high-quality execution. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teams in Israel and abroad. High-level English proficiency.
